What's Included in a Regular Clean?

-Dusting/wipe all mid line flat surfaces (side tables, window sills, coffee tables, furniture tops)

-Sanitize and scrub all kitchen and bathroom hard surfaces

-Spot wipe cabinet doors and handles for smudge and dust

-Shower glass will be light scrub that is done with all the interior tile. It is not a service meant to take off stuck on mineral deposits. I do like to do a hydrophobic coating on all shower glass for first appointment to keep the cleaning process easier. If there is a mineral deposit layer that needs to be removed first then a separate fee will be accessed.

-I try to make sure hand smudges on doors and light switches are removed.

-Dining and Living furniture will be dusted. Please let me know if you will need a deeper clean.

-Dining table and any countertop will be scrubbed of any mess.

-Dishwashers emptied. I do not recommend leaving dishwasher closed after running for more than a day due to items molding. I also check to run cycles of dirty dishes on my arrival as long as dishes are in the washers. Items left for me to put in dishwasher or handwash will be an extra fee based on $15/quarter hour.

-Bed and bathroom linens will be stripped from all used areas and washed in the property during service. Then placed back out in their spots. This way, I never remove laundry from your home. I do charge $15/quarter hour to stay past cleaning time if needed to finish laundry.

-Bed linen is considered sheets and pillow cases. If blankets, duvets, shams, coverlets need washed there will be an extra laundry charge.

-Bath linen is considered hand towel, hair towel, body towel, wash cloth per sleeping space using that bathroom. Rugs and extra towels will be an extra fee.

-Trash cans with debris I can empty into garage cans. If needing trash removal(to exterior dumpster or off site) that is an extra fee.

-Beds will be remade. ​Top bunks may have ​top sheet and blanket folded neatly on top if they are a difficult style.

​-Towels will be put back into their bathrooms.

-Fridge only cleans will be around items inside unless it is kept minimal and easy to move to the side.

-Vacuum and mop all accessible floors.

-Windows are small spot cleaning such as a hand print or dog nose on one area.

-Pet fee on visits I notice the clean is taking longer. Blankets and comforters with pet hair on them need to be stated by homeowner they want them cleaned at an added cost.

Add on to any regular Clean, or book deep cleaning services seperately!

-Stovetop, oven, and sinks if they require a specialized chemical soak and scrub beyond our normal cleaning chemical.

-Shower glass that requires specialized chemical and scrub for deep mineral staining, and application of hydrophobic product to protect from further damage to glass by minerals.

-High and low dusting like baseboards, fans, lighting etc.

-Specialty items dusting like kick knacks, pictures, décor etc.

-Fridge cleans with full removal of items inside.

-Freezer cleaning, requires specialized equipment and possible defrost time.

-Mineral build up on fixtures and tile.

-Cupboard, drawer, pantry, closet interiors(I will of course do the floor in closet for normal clean).

-Underneath furniture requiring movement(sofa, side tables, dressers etc)

-Bathroom/kitchen rugs washed.

-Carpet cleaning.

-Windows

-Pressure and soft washing exterior(garage, driveway, patio furniture, car, deck, trash cans)

-Trash removal to dumpster or off site

-Light maintenance such as Affresh laundry or dishwasher cleaner, sink disposal enzymes, plumbing enzymes, light bulbs, toilet pucks, covering patio furniture, spring and fall tasks, house checks.

-Package/Delivery waiting service.

Please let me know if there is something missing from this list that you would like to see! I have also had clients book me for a clean during a time an unknown tech is coming to perform some other service so that I can keep an eye out for their property and prevent door code sharing.
