Who are we?
We're a local, family-run business with a military background, specializing in comprehensive home care for residential and commercial clients in the mountains. As parents of twin toddlers (and a dog!), we know how valuable time is, and we're dedicated to helping you reclaim yours.
What area do we serve?
We proudly serve Grand County, in the main towns and areas between of Granby, Fraser, Winter Park, Grand Lake, Tabernash, Hot Sulphur Springs, Parshall and Kremmling.
What services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services, including interior cleaning, construction cleaning, exterior pressure and soft washing, and a full suite of handyman and concierge services. Our goal is to be your go-to solution for every project, big or small.
What do you mean by Exterior Washing?
We do many types of Exterior Cleaning, you may be most familiar with pressure washing. We decided to not stop there and also offer soft washing, window cleaning, touchless auto wash, outdoor furniture refresh, and surface sealing.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to deep-clean hard surfaces like concrete, driveways, and stone. Soft washing uses a low-pressure stream combined with eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely clean without or a little agitation for more stuck on staining. We will use a combination of these services based on your property needs and expectations in results.
Are you an Auto Detailer? What is a touchless wash?
We are not a dedicated detailer like other companies in town. We added this service to book as an add on to other services being provided by us. We listen when our clients say, "While you're here, do you mind also spraying the car down?". The first time was just a water rinse, but now we have found amazing wash chemicals that melt the dirt off without harming the vehicle or having someone physically agitating dirt into your paint. Add on a car wash to any other washing service. **Coming Winter 25/26 we will be offering a heated water garage rinse and auto wash. Don't put your car away in the garage with salt and magnesium on it to rust away!
Can you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, we currently have a residential clients and construction clients. Many home owners after experiencing one of our services continue to book with our other services. Our commercial clients continue to book regular services with us, as they know the job will be done above expectation.
My garage floor is a disaster, can anything be done?
If you have a new build then you know, garage floors never have a protective barrier placed on them(like ram board) and end up with paint, drywall, adhesives and scuff marks. We can remove all those marks with multiple services and recommend adding on a sealing service so it will always look fresher after future washes with us. Same for an avid at home cranker, you've tried not to spill oil but it always happens. We can take the concrete from filthy, to improved cleanliness or pretty much a new floor depending on your budget and preference.
How do I book a service?
To start the booking process, click on any of the "Book Now" buttons and fill out the request form. Currently we have one form for all services, but soon will have service specific ones so we can be as efficient as possible. We currently do not have phone service until you either book a Phone Consult or start the booking service via the request form. As a family run business it is important to us that we can give our clients dedicated time to communicate with them, as well as dedicated time to be present with our children. Can I be home during service?
It depends on the service. If anyone is sick in the home and we need to enter, we request that person stay quarantined to one area and we will skip that section this time. For Interior Cleaning we request people start out of the home then may return in a couple hours after we have finished the main section for anyone to hang out in while we finish in other areas of the house. If we are washing a house or business exterior, you can be home, however depending on how our electrical pre-check goes we may ask for partial turn off to prevent fires. ie: an outlet does not look sealed well, broken light fixture. We do tape and bag these items, but may play it even safer.
Cancelation/Rescheduling policy?
You may cancel a service if it is more than 7 days in advance of the service and receive a full refund. You may reschedule up till 24 hours before service or keep credit towards any other service from us. If for some reason even rescheduling does not work for you if within 7 days, we fully believe in offering credit as we believe we can help you in some way or another due to the variety of services we offer. There is always that bathroom shower glass you hate cleaning, or artwork to be hung in the staircase. We have you covered!
Why do you need my credit card and charging me $1?
Honestly, we have never had ANYONE cancel our services As a small, family-run business with a limited number of service slots, we require a deposit and a credit card on file to secure your appointment. This policy ensures that we can fully commit to your scheduled service and allows us to protect our team's time and resources from last-minute cancellations. It also helps us provide a seamless and secure checkout experience for you once the job is complete. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that all payment information is securely stored.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We'll return to make it right at no extra charge.
